Countries and Languages

Omega discipleship training materials are being used by individuals and churches in many countries including - USA, Mexico, Canada, England, Scotland, Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Myanmar, India, China, and also in the South Pacific region including Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Fiji and Tonga. ( See 'Testimonials' page). They are also being used in some African countries.

These materials are written in a simple, easy-to-follow style with 1-2 pages focusing on the topic followed by questions for personal study and group discussion (work-book format). The basic English style makes these materials useful for those who speak English as a second language, but have enough depth to challenge fluent English speakers. The simple English also makes these materials easy to translate. Because the materials are written for a multi-cultural audience they have an appeal for Christians of any culture and can readily be adapted and used.

These Omega discipleship books have been translated in part or in whole into 16 different languages including - Chinese (Mandarin), Burmese, Hakha Chin, Korean, Japanese, Filipino Tagalog & Cebuano, Indian (Hindi), Thai, German, Romanian, Spanish, Portuguese, Fijian, Tongan,  and New Guinea Pidgin. Some of these translations are in initial stages, and others have completed sections or books in the discipleship cycle, but not yet in a published format. (For further details go to ‘Books & Resources’ tab – and select ‘Other languages’).
