Returns & Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Omega. If for any reason, you are not happy with the product, simply return the item to the sending address within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the product price (but not the postage costs), as long as it is returned in unused and original condition.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Beyond 30 days unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If approved, your refund is for the product only and not the postage costs for delivery or return.
We cannot offer a refund for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If there are items in your order that are not in stock, they will be back ordered and sent as soon as new stocks arrive. Your backorders will be shipped separately using regular post, but no additional postage charges will be applied (unless you require express shipping).

If you don’t want to use credit card, other payment options are provided – direct deposit and Pay Pal. If you are ordering for a church and want to have an account rather than make payment with your order, you can contact Omega and they will make arrangements to work that way with you.
